This Privacy Policy explains how Aura Labs Inc. (“Aura Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use Gleam: Peptide Tracker (“Gleam,” the “App,” or the “Services”).
Gleam is a private nutrition, wellness, journaling, reminder, and self-tracking tool. Gleam may allow users to voluntarily log nutrition information, wellness information, supplement information, peptide-related entries, reminder settings, notes, and other user-directed tracking information.
Gleam is not a medical device, healthcare provider, pharmacy, telehealth service, prescribing platform, peptide supplier, supplement supplier, clinical decision-support tool, dosage calculator, diagnostic tool, treatment tool, adverse-event monitoring system, or emergency service.
Gleam does not sell, prescribe, recommend, endorse, source, link to, facilitate, verify, approve, or provide peptides, medications, compounded drugs, research chemicals, supplements, controlled substances, or medical products.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in several categories depending on how you use the App.
2.1 Account Information
We may collect basic account information, including:

Email address.
Login credentials or authentication identifiers.
Subscription status.

Other information you provide when creating an account, managing your account, contacting support, or using App features.
2.2 Nutrition and Wellness Tracking Information

Nutrition estimates, food recognition, AI-generated outputs, and wellness summaries may be inaccurate or incomplete. Gleam does not use this information to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease or health condition.
2.3 Peptide, Supplement, Medication, and Compound-Related Tracking Information
You may choose to manually enter health-adjacent tracking information into the App, including:
Peptide names.
Medication names.
Supplement names.
Compound names.
User-entered amount or quantity fields.
User-entered schedule fields.
User-entered timing or frequency fields.
User-entered route labels.
Reminder settings.
Notes.
Symptoms.
Side effects.
Subjective wellness observations.
Lab-related notes.
Provider-related notes.
Progress entries.
Other tracking information you voluntarily choose to enter.
Providing this information is optional. Gleam uses this information only to provide user-directed tracking, journaling, reminders, summaries, charts, reports, personalization, account functionality, and App functionality.
Gleam does not verify, validate, approve, recommend, prescribe, source, sell, facilitate, or determine the safety, legality, purity, sterility, quality, authenticity, effectiveness, dosage, schedule, route, medical appropriateness, regulatory status, or suitability of any medication, peptide, compound, supplement, provider, clinic, pharmacy, product, protocol, or substance you enter.
2.4 Images, Screenshots, Documents, and Uploaded Content
Some features may allow you to upload images, screenshots, notes, documents, or other content.
Uploaded content may include sensitive personal information or health-adjacent information.
Uploaded content may be used to provide App functionality requested by you, such as nutrition logging, entry creation, journaling, organization, summaries, or tracking features.
We do not use uploaded images for facial recognition, biometric identification, or identity verification.
We do not intentionally collect biometric identifiers or biometric templates.
If you choose to save uploaded content, it may be stored in your account for later access.
You should not upload information you do not want stored, processed, or associated with your account.
2.5 App Usage, Device, and Technical Information
We may collect technical and interaction information, including:
Device type.
Operating system.
App version.
Feature usage.
Settings and preferences.
Session activity.
Crash logs.

Some information you choose to enter into Gleam may be sensitive, including nutrition information, wellness information, body measurements, weight, supplement entries, medication entries, peptide-related entries, symptoms, side effects, lab-related notes, and uploaded content.
You choose what to enter. You are not required to enter any particular medication, peptide, compound, supplement, dosage, route, schedule, symptom, side effect, image, note, provider, pharmacy, or health-related information.
You should not enter information you do not want processed by the App.
Gleam is designed as a consumer wellness and tracking app. It is not designed to replace professional healthcare, pharmacy advice, medical supervision, emergency services, or legal advice.
4. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the App.
Create, save, display, and organize entries you choose to create.
Provide tracking, journaling, reminders, charts, reports, summaries, logs, and account functionality.
Estimate nutrition information from user-provided inputs or images.
Generate user-directed summaries, labels, insights, or organizational outputs.
Help you access and manage your account.
Process subscriptions and purchases through app stores or payment providers.
Provide customer support.
Troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
Maintain security, authentication, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention.
Analyze aggregate App performance and feature usage.

We do not use your information to prescribe, recommend, approve, verify, source, sell, provide, facilitate, or determine the safety, legality, dosage, route, frequency, schedule, appropriateness, effectiveness, or regulatory status of any medication, peptide, compound, supplement, protocol, provider, pharmacy, clinic, or product.
5. Peptide-Related Privacy and Safety Notice
Gleam may allow users to voluntarily log peptide-related information for personal organization. This logging functionality is user-directed and passive.
Gleam does not:
Recommend peptides.
Endorse peptide use.
Sell peptides.
Source peptides.
Link to peptide vendors.
Connect users with peptide sellers, clinics, pharmacies, prescribers, compounders, or marketplaces.
Advertise peptide products.
Provide peptide protocols.
Provide peptide dosing instructions.
Calculate peptide doses.
Recommend injection routes, reconstitution methods, cycling, stacking, titration, frequency, timing, or discontinuation.
Verify peptide purity, sterility, authenticity, source, legality, labeling, or quality.
Determine whether a peptide is approved, legal, regulated, prescription-only, compounded, investigational, unsafe, or appropriate for any person.
Provide contraindication analysis, adverse-event assessment, emergency monitoring, lab interpretation, or medical safety review.
Any peptide-related information you enter is used only to provide App functionality requested by you, such as logging, journaling, reminders, organization, charts, and summaries.
The FDA states that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. The FDA has also identified that certain bulk drug substances used in compounding may present significant safety risks. Gleam does not evaluate, verify, or reduce those risks.
You should consult a licensed physician, pharmacist, or qualified healthcare professional before making any decision related to peptides, medications, supplements, injections, dosing, diet, symptoms, lab results, or health conditions.
6. AI and Automated Processing
Gleam may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, image analysis, natural language processing, or automated software systems to provide features such as:
Food recognition.
Nutrition estimates.
Entry organization.
Summary generation.
Charting.
Reminder organization.
Educational explanations.
Trend summaries.
User-directed wellness insights.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your personal circumstances.
AI outputs are not medical advice, clinical advice, pharmacy advice, legal advice, peptide guidance, dosage guidance, safety determinations, or regulatory determinations.
We do not use your personal health-related information, peptide entries, medication entries, supplement entries, dosage-related fields, private notes, or uploaded images for third-party advertising.
We do not use personal health-related information, peptide entries, medication entries, supplement entries, dosage-related fields, private notes, or uploaded images to train third-party foundation models.
Where we use service providers to process AI-related requests, they may process information only as needed to provide services to us, subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, privacy, and security obligations.
7. What We Do Not Do With Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell personal health-related information.
We do not sell medication, peptide, supplement, dosage, symptom, side-effect, or uploaded-image data.
We do not use private health-related tracking entries for third-party advertising.
We do not use uploaded images for facial recognition.
We do not intentionally collect biometric identifiers or biometric templates.
We do not use your information to determine whether you should use peptides, medications, supplements, foods, diets, protocols, or treatments.
We do not use your information to connect you with peptide sellers, medication sellers, pharmacies, compounders, clinics, prescribers, marketplaces, or vendors.
We do not provide or facilitate procurement of peptides, medications, supplements, controlled substances, research chemicals, or medical products.
We do not use your entries to validate or approve any peptide, medication, compound, supplement, protocol, route, schedule, dosage, vendor, provider, clinic, or pharmacy.
8. Sharing Information
We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the App, including:
Cloud hosting providers.

Authentication providers.
Analytics providers.
Crash-reporting tools.

Because users may voluntarily enter sensitive or health-adjacent information, you should understand that information in the App may be disclosed if legally required.

Gleam is a consumer app and is not intended to be a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or business associate of a HIPAA-covered entity unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Information you enter into Gleam may not be protected by HIPAA.
However, we treat health-related and health-adjacent information as sensitive and protect it according to this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Whether a health app developer is subject to HIPAA depends on the specific relationship between the developer, the user, and any covered entity or business associate involved. Your use of Gleam directly as a consumer generally does not create a HIPAA-covered relationship unless a separate covered-entity or business-associate arrangement applies.
11. State Privacy Rights and Consumer Health Data
Depending on your location, you may have rights under state, national, or regional privacy laws. These rights may include the right to:

Delete personal information.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

We do not sell peptide-related, medication-related, supplement-related, nutrition-related, or uploaded-image data to advertisers.
19. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments and subscriptions may be processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, Stripe, or other authorized payment or subscription providers.
We may receive limited subscription-related information, such as:

Product identifier.
App store transaction identifiers.
Receipt validation information.
We generally do not receive full payment card information when payments are processed by app stores or third-party payment processors.
Payment providers process your information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
20. International Users
If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
Privacy laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws where you live.

21. Apple App Store Privacy and Compliance Notice
If you downloaded the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that your use of the App may also be subject to Apple’s terms, policies, and privacy disclosures.
Gleam is designed as a general wellness, nutrition, journaling, and self-tracking app.
Gleam is not designed to function as a medical app that diagnoses, treats, or manages disease.
Gleam is not designed to function as a drug dosage calculator.
Gleam is not designed to facilitate the sale, purchase, sourcing, or procurement of controlled substances, peptides, prescription drugs, compounded drugs, research chemicals, supplements, or medical products.
Apple’s guidelines restrict drug dosage calculators unless they come from approved medical entities or have regulatory approval, and they prohibit apps that facilitate controlled-substance sales. Gleam is not designed to perform either function.
22. User Responsibility for Information Entered
You are solely responsible for the information you enter into the App.
You should not enter information that is false, unlawful, unsafe, harmful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to provide.
You are responsible for reviewing your entries, correcting errors, deleting unwanted information, and deciding what information to store.
You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making decisions related to nutrition, supplements, medications, peptides, injections, protocols, symptoms, lab results, medical conditions, or health behaviors.
Gleam does not verify the accuracy, safety, legality, appropriateness, or completeness of user-entered information.
23. No Medical Monitoring or Adverse Event Reporting
Gleam is not an adverse-event monitoring system, emergency response system, clinical monitoring system, pharmacy system, or medical-record system.
We do not monitor your entries for medical risk.
We do not review your logs for adverse reactions.
We do not notify healthcare providers, emergency services, regulators, pharmacies, or family members based on your entries.
We do not determine whether symptoms, side effects, lab-related notes, or subjective observations require medical attention.
If you experience symptoms, side effects, suspected adverse reactions, overdose, allergic reaction, poisoning, severe pain, breathing difficulty, chest pain, neurological symptoms, suicidal ideation, or any urgent health concern, contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
24. De-Identified and Aggregated Information
We may create aggregated or de-identified information from personal information or usage information.
Aggregated or de-identified information may be used to:
Improve the App.
Understand feature performance.
Analyze trends.
Develop new features.
Improve user experience.
Maintain security and reliability.
Conduct internal business analysis.
Where we use de-identified information, we take reasonable steps designed to prevent the information from reasonably identifying you.
We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified information except where permitted by law for testing, security, compliance, or validation purposes.

If Aura Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, change of control, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction.
