Glow Guide provides general facial harmony insights, aesthetic observations, AI-generated guidance, and related self-improvement suggestions. The App is intended for general informational and aesthetic purposes only.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, personalize, and improve the App.

Glow Guide does not use facial images or facial analysis data to identify, authenticate, verify, or recognize you as a specific person.

We do not use the App to create biometric identifiers or biometric templates for identity verification.

We do not compare your face against databases to determine your identity.

We do not use facial images for law enforcement, employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, or other high-impact decisions.

Facial analysis is used only to provide the App’s aesthetic and informational features at your request.

e. User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to enter text, answer questions, save notes, select preferences, or submit prompts, we may collect and process that content to provide responses, recommendations, and personalized App functionality.

User-generated content may include:

Text prompts.

Preferences.

Goals.

Feedback.

f. Subscription and Purchase Information

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, payment is processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, or another authorized payment provider.

4. AI Processing and Model Improvement

Glow Guide may use artificial intelligence systems and service providers to process images, text inputs, and related data in order to generate App outputs.

Depending on how the App is configured, your inputs may be processed by third-party AI, cloud, infrastructure, analytics, or image-processing providers acting on our behalf.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to limit provider access to what is necessary to provide and operate the App.

Unless clearly disclosed and permitted by applicable law, we do not use your facial images to train third-party advertising models or identify you as a specific person.

If we use de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized data to improve the App, we take steps designed to prevent that data from reasonably identifying you.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data.

We do not share personal data with third parties for their own independent advertising or marketing purposes.

We do not use facial images for advertising.

If the App uses advertising, attribution, or analytics technologies that qualify as “tracking” under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency rules or applicable law, we will request permission where required before tracking occurs.

If you deny tracking permission, the App will not track you across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising or data-broker purposes.

App Store privacy disclosures must accurately describe whether data is collected, linked to you, or used to track you. Apple explains that the App Privacy section helps users understand data types collected and whether data is linked to them or used for tracking.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business operations.

Facial images and facial analysis data are retained only for as long as necessary to provide App functionality, unless you choose to save them, create an account, enable progress tracking, or otherwise request ongoing storage.

You may delete available content or account data within the App where those features are provided.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@auralabs.capital.

After deletion, some information may remain in backup systems for a limited period or be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These safeguards may include encryption, access controls, secure infrastructure, monitoring, and limited employee or vendor access.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
