This Privacy Policy explains how Aura Labs Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Slay – Digital Closet (the “App”).

Slay provides clothing scanning, outfit visualization, digital avatar try-on features, style suggestions, wardrobe tools, and related fashion guidance. The App is intended for general informational, fashion, styling, and entertainment purposes only.

Slay does not provide medical, health, body composition, weight-loss, fitness, or professional tailoring advice. Any virtual try-on, outfit preview, size-related suggestion, style recommendation, or avatar-based result is an estimate and may vary based on image quality, lighting, camera angle, garment type, user inputs, device performance, and other factors.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, personalize, and improve the App.

a. Account Information

If you choose to create an account, subscribe, contact us, or use account-based features, we may collect:

Name.

Email address.

Login credentials or authentication identifiers.

User ID or account ID.

Customer support messages.

Providing this information may be required for certain features, such as account syncing, subscription access, saved outfits, saved avatar settings, wardrobe history, or support.

b. Clothing Images, Outfit Images, and Visual Inputs

To provide clothing scanning, outfit visualization, wardrobe, and virtual try-on features, you may choose to upload or capture images.

These images may include:

Clothing items.

Outfit photos.

Product images.

Wardrobe images.

Screenshots or images of fashion items.

Images used to create, customize, or update a digital avatar.

Images of yourself or another person, if you choose to upload them for outfit visualization or avatar-related features.

We may process these images to generate:

Clothing or outfit identification.

General garment attributes, such as category, color, texture, pattern, or style.

Outfit previews.

Digital avatar try-on outputs.

Style suggestions.

Wardrobe organization features.

Personalized fashion recommendations.

Saved outfit or try-on history, if available.

Image uploads are used to provide the features you request. Image quality, lighting, angle, pose, garment visibility, camera quality, and user inputs may affect results.

You should only upload images that you own or have the legal right and appropriate consent to use.

c. Avatar, Style, and Outfit Data

When you use Slay’s avatar, scanning, wardrobe, or try-on features, the App may generate or process information related to your submitted images or inputs, such as:

Digital avatar settings.

Clothing categories.

Garment attributes.

Outfit combinations.

Style preferences.

Saved wardrobe items.

Try-on history.

AI-generated outfit suggestions.

User-selected fashion goals or preferences.

Approximate sizing, styling, or fit-related estimates, if available.

This information is used to provide App functionality, personalize outputs, improve user experience, maintain saved features, and operate the App.

Slay’s outputs are generated for styling, visualization, and entertainment purposes. They may not accurately represent real-world garment fit, sizing, fabric behavior, body measurements, tailoring requirements, or physical appearance in every setting.

d. Body, Face, and Identity Disclosure

Slay may process images that include a person’s body, face, or appearance if you choose to upload those images for avatar creation, outfit visualization, or try-on features.

Slay does not use body, face, clothing, avatar, or visual analysis data to identify, authenticate, verify, or recognize you as a specific person.

We do not use the App to create biometric identifiers or biometric templates for identity verification.

We do not compare your face or body against databases to determine your identity.

We do not use uploaded images, avatar data, clothing data, or style data for law enforcement, employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, or other high-impact decisions.

Visual processing is used only to provide the App’s fashion, styling, wardrobe, avatar, and virtual try-on features at your request.

e. User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to enter text, answer questions, save notes, select preferences, or submit prompts, we may collect and process that content to provide responses, recommendations, and personalized App functionality.

User-generated content may include:

Text prompts.

Style preferences.

Fashion goals.

Clothing preferences.

Sizing preferences.

Saved outfits.

Saved wardrobe items.

Feedback.

f. Subscription and Purchase Information

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, payment is processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, or another authorized payment provider.

We may receive limited subscription-related information, such as:

Product identifier.

Transaction or receipt identifiers.

Refund or cancellation status.

We do not directly collect or store your full payment card information when purchases are processed by app stores or third-party payment providers.

  1. AI Processing and Model Improvement

Slay may use artificial intelligence systems and service providers to process images, text inputs, wardrobe data, avatar data, and related information in order to generate App outputs.

Depending on how the App is configured, your inputs may be processed by third-party AI, cloud, infrastructure, analytics, image-processing, avatar-generation, or virtual try-on providers acting on our behalf.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to limit provider access to what is necessary to provide and operate the App.

Unless clearly disclosed and permitted by applicable law, we do not use your uploaded personal images to train third-party advertising models or to identify you as a specific person.

If we use de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized data to improve the App, we take steps designed to prevent that data from reasonably identifying you.

  1. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share limited information only in the following cases:

Slay does not track users across other companies’ apps, websites, or offline properties for advertising, advertising measurement, data-broker, or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

We do not sell user personal information.

We do not share user personal information with third parties for cross-app or cross-site tracking.

We do not use User ID, Email Address, uploaded images, clothing data, outfit data, avatar data, device data, or usage data to track users across other companies’ apps or websites.

Slay may collect limited first-party information, such as account information, subscription status, app usage, crash logs, performance data, and device information, only to provide, operate, secure, debug, personalize, and improve the App.

If we ever implement advertising, attribution, analytics, or third-party technologies that qualify as “tracking” under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency rules or applicable law, we will request user permission where required before such tracking occurs.

If a user denies tracking permission, the App will not track that user across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising or data-broker purposes.

App Store privacy disclosures must accurately describe whether data is collected, linked to the user, or used to track the user.

  1. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business operations.

Uploaded images, clothing images, outfit images, avatar data, wardrobe data, and generated try-on outputs are retained only for as long as necessary to provide App functionality, unless you choose to save them, create an account, enable wardrobe history, enable avatar history, or otherwise request ongoing storage.

You may delete available content or account data within the App where those features are provided.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@auralabs.capital.

After deletion, some information may remain in backup systems for a limited period or be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These safeguards may include encryption, access controls, secure infrastructure, monitoring, and limited employee or vendor access.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
